Unable to send message

I am using Outook 2000, and outlook 2002 on 2 seperate computers. My main
account is through Bellsouth.net. I am only able to send messages to
bellsouth.net email addresses. Any other email remains in the outbox folder.
In outlook 2002 i received the message "Task 'mail.bellsouth.net - sending'
reported error (0X80040109) - unknown error" I set up my account with
mail.bellsouth.net. Any help will be appreciated. thanks
