Hello, pardon my cluelessness. Recently I received an email on Entourage and the person directed me to another person's address for me to click on, so I clicked on that person's address to email that second person. But the address I was given had an extra parenthesis on the end and ever since then, I get a small yellow triangle with an explanation point at the bottom right of my email, along with a message in a square in the center of my screen that says there's an error and I can't send certain my messages----all because of some bad address that had an extra ) on it several weeks ago.
Today, my email crashed and I can only access it through my employer's online account, not through Entourage itself here at work. It says that I may need to rebuild my data base or something like that. Any thoughts on what I need to do to get my email on track, eliminate the yellow triangle and the error message that comes up all the time?
