Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC33) : 'Access to the
account was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct.The
server responded 'Forbidden'. '

I think that means that you need to switch to using the Connector for
Hotmail. Seems to be happening to all the Outlook users that are still
trying to use the old way of accessing Hotmail
