unable to send Publisher file as email

I've recently upgraded to Publisher 2007 and no longer seem to have the
option to send Publisher files as emails - there is now no icon in the
toolbar and the option in the File menu only gives me the option to send as
an attachment to an email

What is your default email client set to?
