I don't understand, I am a computer novice and have no clue what you mean by
SMTP won't accept it. Also, what is turn on logging? Could you be more
specific?

| The only similarities between Outlook and Outlook Express are the names
and
| that both can do email.

| If you can send normal mail without issue and the receipt is being sent on
| the same account it arrived on, there isn't anything else to go wrong but
| the SMTP won't accept it. You could turn on logging and maybe see why it
won't
