Unable to send/rec'v emails...

I am unable to send/rec'v emails using my wireless-connected (via DSL)
laptop. My intent was to establish the ability to send/rec'v emails using my
primary (& only from home) email account on both my desktop pc and laptop pc.
The desktop works fine; however, my laptop does not. Any ideas?????

Outlook version? Account type? Any error messages? What does "Test
Account" produce?
