Unable to Send To email in Word 2003 via Outlook

Hi,

I recently upgraded my computer and Office (2003). When I attempt to do a
Send to from Word, the Send button is not active and I am unable to forward
the email to the recipient with the attachment. To send the email, I need to
save the email message in Outlook, close the email message, then
select the email. At that point the Send button is active and I can send the
email.

Any idea on how to resolve this???

Is Outlook 2003 set as your default email editor? If so what is the
error message you encounter?
