Unable to send to mail receipent

I am using Word 2003 and Netscape mail 7.2. When I select send document to
mail receipent as an attachment, Netscape gives me the message:

"Sending of message failed. Unable to open the temporary file c: documents
and settings\.... Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting."

Any clue how to fix this? I can send email from Excel, Access and Powerpoint
with no problem. Word 2003 is the only issue. I had no problems when using
Word 2000.
