I have an HP 4200 series printer that is connected to a
network. We are using MS outlook 2002 to recieve and send
email. I am trying to get all typical email to print on
tray 3 (Plain paper). When I set the page defaults and
printer defaults to Tray 3 inside the email it will print
correctly on plain paper. when I exit the program it
changes back to tray 2 (expensive bond paper). When first
into the outlook program all setings for styles are set to
Letter and Tray 3. Printer configuration for windows is
set to Letter, Auto Select and Unspecified (This works
with my other programs correctly).
It simply does not hold the configuration for page
settings for the printer within the outlook program after
exit.
My OS is Windows XP Pro, Networked printer, any help would
be greatly appreciated.
