Unable to set colorIndex property of the Font Class".

I am having trouble with running a Visual Basic Program
and receiving the error message of "Run-time error
1004":Unable to set colorIndex property of the Font Class".
The program runs in Excel 2000 but in Office XP the error
occurs.
Any Ideas
