unable to set margins properly

I have a user who is unable to print properly. She is connecting to an HP
LaserJet 8000. When she tries to print a document in landscape it tells her
that one or more margins is outside the printable area. When we click the
"fix" button it sets the margins very large, some up to as much as 2.75
inches while on other machines it sets the margins to .5 inches. On anyone
else's machine the document prints fine. They are both using the PCL 5e
drivers, same version of office etc. If anyone has seen this before and
knows how to fix this please give me a hand. :)

Thanks ahead of time!

Hi Frank, I'm having the same trouble with one user. She prints to an HP
4050 using PCL 5e drivers. Every time she tries to print she recieves the
same error as yours. We we alow word to fix it throughs off the document. Her
document was converted from Word Perfect. Are your documents created in the
version of Word you are trying to print from? If you find a fix please let me
know.
