Unable to show actual appt time in daily/weekly view of calendar

I am unable to show the actulal appointment time in the daily of weekly view
of the calendar. I am using outlook version 2007. The tutorial states "Need
more time for your appointment? Simply drag the handle to make the
appointment longer."

When I attempt this the entire appt moves.
