Unable to show dialog when user edits excel

Hello All,

I have a problem where I can't open a VB Add-in form in Excel when the user
is currently editing a cell.

For example, go to any cell enter a few letters and while you still have
focus on that cell, try to access your addin. You'll probably get an error
like so."Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed". I can
sometimes get around this error but my addin will become unstable.

Currently, if you edit a cell in Excel, all command bars disable themselves
while you edit...How can I do the same thing??
