unable to sincronize contacts from Windows XP to Vista Home Premiu

Hello, my question is the following:
I work in an office were all of the computers have Windows XP and they all
work together. I have a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium: Outlook
2007.
I am unable to sincronize the contacts from the other computers with Windows
XP to mine. I am unable to instal outlook Conector because when I go to
sincronize them they blocks.
Please help me!

Are you using a different version of Outlook on the Windows XP computer?

Dear Chad J.
Thank you for your responce, Windows XP has Outlook 2003. And Windows Vista
Outlook 2007. I was able to recive the e-mails from the shared office account
plus create my own but the shared contacts with Outlook conector don't
sincronize, they begin sincronizing and then all of a sudden it blocks.
If you had an answere for me it would be great!
