Unable to start Outlook 97

Hi,

I have just applied SR2 for Office 97. Since applying
the upgrade Outlook 97 fails to start. I am getting
error about the mapisp32.dll and outlook.exe

Also when I go into Control-Panel-Mail and Fax I get the
error message titled 'rundll':

An exception occured while trying to run "shell32.dll,
Control_RunDll....."

Can anyone suggest any fixes/online articles. I have had
a browsw on the knowledge base, but could not really find
anything similar to this type of problem.
