I've had two users report the exact same problem with a form on our site -- 2
months apart. Both times, the problems apparently disappeared after I
reinstalled the FP extensions. What I do not understand is why the error
occured on the same field both times. It is a radio button field that has a
yes/no option, and the default is no. It does NOT require validation. Yet
the users are unable to submit the form, and the message indicates they need
to complete that field. I've gone over the code as best as I know how, and I
do not see this field being any different than all the others on the page.
Why would such an error occur, and is there anything I can do to prevent this
