unable to uninstall LANGAGE PACK / MSOFFICE.

When I try to suppress with add / remove program, I have :

Unable to locate langage pack.
Impossible to open the application.

But I have the icon !

When I launch Word or Excel, it takes very long time
with Winstaller ... préparing to install ... window.
After 20 seconds it is ok.

Thanks for any advice.
