After reinstalling Windows XP and upgrading to SP3, my entire Office
Suite stopped
working. I get a pop-up with the message "Microsoft Word has not been
installed for current user. Please run setup to install the
application."
I've had the Suite installed on my home computer (I'm the admin and
only
user) for a year or more. Nothing in the MS support section seems to
work. I tried all their suggestions. I can't uninstall so I just
deleted everything I could find on the hard drive and in the registry
referring to Office and tried reinstalling but get a message that an
error was encountered during setup.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?
