Unable to update a form

Hi,
I've a big problem on my form...
It's locked after users update a certain combox,and sometimer it's locked
when users open a record although it's not used by another user..
I'm using Access 2007 ,but my database is 2000 format,my form is set to
lock edited records...
The form is bases on a query that's baes on one table only...

Hi Pietro,

Do you see this locking behavior when using an earlier version of Access,
for example Access 2002 or 2003? Are all users using the same version of
Access? Is your database split into two files: a front-end (FE) and a
back-end (BE) files? If the answer is yes, then does each user have their own
copy of the FE application file? If the answer is no, or if you are unsure
what splitting is all about, then see this link:
