Unable to update Free/Busy service in Outlook XP

When I try to update my Free/Busy information in Outlook XP using Tools,
Send/Receive, Free/Busy Information, I get the error "An error occurred
while using the Microsoft Office Internet Free/Busy service. The cause of
the error cannot be determined.

When I click Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options and click
on Manage, I get no response.

My version is Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.4712.4219) SP-2.

My Internet Explorer version is 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
Update versions:;SP1:Q824145:Q3330994

I have searched the Knowledge base with no results.

Any assistance is appreciated
