Unable to update Office 11.0: Error 11002:2, -15

Anyone have any idea what to do? Everytime I try to install the Offic
software update 11.0, I get the "Error: 11002:2, -15" show up. Wha
can I do?

There was an error in the first version of the downloaded patch.

I think the error you are seeing means that a component of the old Microsoft
Office installation is still running, and therefore cannot be patched.

Please download the new version of the patch, posted to the website on
Friday, and try again.
