Just a sealed CD or a boxed copy? Sounds pretty fishy to me, and Microsoft
Office copies are pretty widely counterfeited.

After furious head scratching, Gordon Tyers asked:
| Hi
| thanks Milly;
| I bought it off the web; it was sealed ok; said it was a genuine copy
| and the holograms all bear that out; No reason to think it isn't, but
| when it asks for product code, I enter the one from the sleeve and it
| says incorrect code.......the weird thing is that I dont need to
| convert word. It only says my trial has ended on powerpoint; when I
| went to get update from web it wouldnt even load the website to buy a
| new key.
| any ideas
