Unable to update office 2003

I have been trying to update Office 2003 but it keeps failing with the
following info:

Security Update for Office 2003 (KB920813)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB929064)
Security Update for Word 2003 (KB929057)
Update for Excel 2003 (KB929058)
Update for Office 2003 (KB925251)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB924885)
Update for PowerPoint 2003 (KB929060)

When I try to find the KB indicated nothing shows up either. Any Ideas??

The only message I get is below referencing KB that I cnat seem to find. I
did try doing a update from the Office site and it stated I needed to
"activate my product" funny since its been activated for a very long time and
has been getting updates until now.

The KB's indicated are the Updates itself. Try the following and post back with result please.

I am having the same problem. the only error message is Failed i.e. the
updates failed

Everytime I try too install Security Update for Office 2003 (KB929064) it fails too. please help me. I only wanted to download Microsoft Word Service.

Check that Office Source Engine (a service) is running - it's process i
called ose.exe

In my case it was disabled. Re-installing office would probabl
re-enable this which is why it has worked for some people but it's
bit of an overkill!!!

For help getting Office Source Engine to run go to this help file:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM and searc
for Office Source Engine ( or talk to Uncle Google)
