Hello,

I have a user that has rules setup so that all his mail goes to certain
folders in his .pst file. When he receives a meeting notice it accepts the
meeting, but will not place it in his calendar. If I move that meeting out
of the deleted items from the .pst file to his inbox it works fine. The
meeting is placed in his calendar like it is suppose to. I have tested this
function on several machines here and I can accepts meetings when there are
in a .pst folder and it will go right into the calendar. I have looked out
on Microsoft web site and the only thing I can find is something about
permissions. Yet the Exchange server is setup correctly or no one would be
able to accept meetings and show up in their calendar.

Any ideas.

The problem is Outlook cannot process the item fast enough before the rule
moves the meeting request. Please see the following article for more
details.
