Unable to update webpage

I use Frontpage 2002 and I am trying to update my website. When I go to
publish my new pages as I have always done I get a message that it can not do
so due to a misconfigured 32-bit TCP/IP networking. The reasons they give
are that my webserver does not have frontpage server extensions installed or
that my proxy settings are incorrect. I have attempted a number of things to
fix this but am unable. I need help!

Are you using a Firewall such as NIS or ZoneAlarm? If so, add
FrontPage to the list of programs permitted to access the Internet.
ZoneAlarm may require FP to be set as a server.
