Unable to update

I am using Works Suite 2002 , My computer is Gateway with
windows XP. I cannot install updates. They download but
I get a message that it can't access info for the next
step.. Problem #2 With Word, Envelopes will not print
properly. Return address ends up at bottom of envelope.
Envelope goes from feed tray half way into the printer
before it starts to print. I'm using an Epsom Stylus
C60.Printer Any help will be appreciated. DJO

Are you running an antivirus program? If so, try disabling it while running
the update.
