Unable to upload template

I am unable to upload any template. We started with the ones we want to
upload but received error (both for Word and Excel templates). At the end we
tried with very simple empty document but received the same error.

Are there any special instructions for uploading templates?

Yes,

I looked there - not very helpful. As I already wrote - I tried to upload
very simple document and it didn't work aslo.

The other question I have is how to remove the rejected templates? I have 4
that are the same.
