Unable to use export/import tool in office 2000

The outlook 2000 import/export tool was not installed when
I installed office.
I can't find my installation disk, so I am not able to
install the tool when prompted if I want to do so.

Is there any other way to install the import/export tool?

NO, of course you need the files to install. Since you
are missing your CD you should call Microsoft and see if
you can get a replacemnt.
