Unable to use my address book

J

Jessica

I got a new computer with Windows 7 and began the task of installing all my
programs. I then used the easy transfer, as directed by microsoft, from my
old xp laptop.

when I first opened outlook and set up my profile, all was well until I
checked my address book. It was and is blank. There is nothing listed in
the scrool down window to even choose an address book to use. My contacts
are all there, but when I go to contacts properties and select the outlook
address book tab, the box that you need to check is grayed out anf not
available.

I need help!

WET always has an always will, apparently, corrupt your Outlook profile and
mess up the Outlook
address book service. Start over with a new mail profile configured to use
your current .pst file.
