Unable to use the ‘Advanced’ button – Import Text Wizard

Using Access 2002

I was given a new PC yesterday with Windows XP (old pc = windows 98). I am
trying to import a txt document using the Import Text Wizard. I typically
use the ‘Advanced’ button to make some changes. When I click on that button
now, nothing happens. I get the hour-glass and it just sits there. This did
not happen until I got this new PC.

Any ideas why this is happening?

The first thing I'd do is to check that the most recent Office XP
service pack is installed.
