Unable to use Word as email editor?

When I try to reply to an email, I receive the following error message and
cant not remove it. I have tried to unstall office and resinstall, but
nothing is working.
"This form requires Word as your email editor, but Word is either busy or
cannto be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor instead. An
OLE registration error occured. The program is currently not installed .
Run setup again for this program"
