Unable to validate

Hi,

I've just upgraded to Office 2007 for word, exccel, powerpoint and access.
I'm still using Visio 2003.

I wanted to download the PDF converter add-in for my Word 2007 but was
prompted to validate my Office. However, my validation was successful for
Office 2007 but not for Visio 2003. I used to be able to validate my Visio
2003 before Office 2007 was installed. May i know how do i solve this
validation issue? Thanks.

When it says it is unable to validate Visio 2003, are you given any options? If yes, what are they? have you tried them?
