Unable to view all projects in resource usage view

Hi,

I have MSP server 2002 set up for use by a small IT team. There are 4
PMs, 20 dev resources and approx. 60 active projects at any given
time.

Recently I have run into an odd problem where a PM who had previously
been able to access the resource usage view normally in MSP Pro 2002
(i.e. able to view hours of work for other projects by resource) can
no longer do this. I am the MSPserver admin and have not changed any
permissions. All other PMs including myself are unaffected.

Any idea what may be causing this and what the solution is?
