Unable to view clipart in Office 2001

Have one eMac that's having a problem with viewing Office clipart.
We're running Office 2001 in classic mode. Placed a fresh copy of
MSOffice 2001 on eMac, but it still does the same thing. Set the path
to look for the clipart, and that doesn't work either. When you
select a clipart, you have a blank folder, but when you exit out of
the clipart you can see the clipart flash in the background before it
closes. The clipart is there, you can try and insert clipart as a
file, but that's a little difficult for students to have to go through
the folder to find the clipart they are looking for.
Help! Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks...

Hi,

Things to be sure you have done in this order:

1. Install the updates for Office 2001 from this site
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#Office2001

2. Increase the Preferred memory allocation of the Office applications using
Finder's Get Info command.

3. Rebuild the desktop file.

4. Open an office application and try the clip gallery.

If you installed the clip gallery after running the updates you need to
re-run the updates and perform the additional steps.
