Unable to View Enterprise Resources

Hello,

Some how, I am unable to view Ent. resources now and here is what happened.

in PWA, under Projects, under Project Centers select any one of my
projects, then select Build Team, when this page shows up the left windows
suppose to display the Resources has the following error message

"There are either no resources to display for this view or you do not have
permissions to view resources. "

Myself and another Admin all have full admin rights and we have plenty of
Resources and this page used to be able to display!

Any help on this is appreciated.

Are you a member of any security Group in PWA other than the Administrators
group? If so, remove your account from those other Groups and determine if
this solves the problem. Also, are you able to see the resources in the
Resource Center page? Let us know.

Hi Dale,

Yes, I am in both Admin and Team Member group; So, I took myself off Team
Member group. Still got the same error message:

There are either no resources to display for this view or you do not have
permissions to view resources. "

in addition to that, I got a pop up box said " Project is Checkout to a
Different User". ( there is a ghost project in our system that we can't get
rid off). but, even with other projects I still get the initial error
message.

Yes, I am able to see all resources in Resources Center.

What view is applied in the Team Builder page in PWA? What happens if you
apply this same view in the Resource Center? Sometimes a View can cause a
situation where you cannot see projects in a Project Center view or
resources in resource view such as the Resource Center or Team Builder view.
Let us know what you find.
