Unable to view fonts from saved file older version of Visio

Unable to view fonts that was saved in Visio 2002, using Visio 2003. There
been a lot of documents created and saved in Visio 2002. Upgrading Visio
2002 to Visio 2003, been having some minor problem viewing fonts. The fonts
usually is in a background but will display in Visio 2002, but will not
display in Visio 2003. Unable to find some solutions on Microsoft site,
TechNet, as well on search engines.

Tried to change the fonts from 6 pts to 8 pts, able to view it on one
computer, however another person unable to view the fonts. Is there a
library needed, to be installed or patch. Please inform me what to try.

Use a font that's available on most/all PC's such as Times New Roman.

That is not the issue. There most font will be display in Visio 2003 with
Visio 2002 files. Need to have all fonts to display. It used the common
fonts, but will not display in Visio 2003 after opening the file that was
saved from Visio 2002.
