Unable to view menues when right click on drawing

Have anyone experienced that when right clicking on a
drawing, the menu text is invisible. For instance: Right
clicking on a drawing shows a menu: "Cut, Copy Drawing,
Paste | Item1, Item2, Item3 | Help". Item 1-3 and Help is
not visible. This has been replicated on a few of my
colleages PCs. `

Have anyone a solution?
