We do not have anything to do with the Blackberry. We are being sent the
message by someone we know. If the problem is not with Outlook or an
Outlook
setting then how can my husband read the message and not me?
:
Yes, that means you are using BIS (blackberry internet service). Check
the
blackberry forums at either blackberry.net or crackberry.net - you'll
find
more blackberry and BIS users there and someone may know where the
problem
is. I'm pretty sure its not with Outlook since BIS is passing the mail to
the device before outlook touches it.

I am not sure but found the following references to 'bis' in the
internet
header: EHLO smtp02.bis.ap.blackberry.com
Received: from bda034.bisx.prodap.on.blackberry
bda034.bisx.prodap.on.blackberry
Do they indicate it was BIS?
:
How are they getting put on the blackberry? Syncing with Desktop
manager
or
using BIS or BES to forward them?

I can see who sent the message and the subject line but no content.
At
the
top it says the message is HTML. The internet header details say it
is
a
plain text message. My husband has the same software and setup on
his
laptop
and receives the same emails. He can read the content and at the top
of
the
screen it shows the message as plain text. I can't see any setting
on
his
Outlook 2007 that is different from mine. What do I have to change
so
that
I
can read the Blackberry messages?
