coming. but when i click on a particular project to vie wthe information it
is showing that

" There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no

We are having the same problem with our pilot set-up and having done a search
on this in our discussion group, the problem comes up regularly.

Yet no one as identified the correct solution, nor is there any mention in
Microsoft’s knowledge database. It looks like something to do with the
installation of the SQL server and the need to install the latest service
pack. I wonder if it is something to do with the use of the desktop version
MSDE (which we are using) and maybe there is a need to update this with a
separate service pack in addition to project server SP1?

Any ideas from anyone?

Ancil:

There are a number of possibilities:

1) You haven't saved and published the project to the server correctly
2) You have a problem with publishing on your system
3) Your permissions are incorrectly configured

To determine if it's number one, we'd need to know all the steps you're
taking and the order of them
To determine if it's number two, look at your server application event log
for errors corresponding to your publish action
To determine if it's number three is very difficult in a newsgroup.<g>
