Unable to view projects in PWA

I am unable to view projects in PWA after I migrated the project database
from the testing server to the production server.

Did you follow the recommended method for moving the database? We did not
and ran into the same issue.

Use the EditSite tool to set your MSProjectServer Role Member and MSProject
Role Member usernames and passwords and then click the Test button to see if
they have the requisite permissions. If they do not, you will need to tweak
their permissions in the database until they pass that Test.

Thanks for your reply. Would you mind directing me the recommended method
for moving the database? the old server and new server name are different in
my case. The administrator settings are different too. (ie. username and
password)

Unfortunately, I misplaced the KB article I found detailing how to move the
database, and I cannot find it on the Microsoft site at this time.

There is another article that can help with your current situation and it is
810596.

I found that article. It is 823622. It says it is for Project 2000, but at
the end of the article it states that it also applies to Project Server 2003.
