Unable to View Projects in PWA

This has happened before so we installed the SQL Server SP2a and the Project
Server 2003 SP2 and it seemed to have fixed the problem. Now, a week later
out of the blue, I cannot view any NEW published projects from the Project
Center. The files that were published a few days ago are still viewable.
Totally stumped.
