I am using the Microsoft Fax Console to send and receive faxes on my XP Pro
computer.
It has been working perfectly for about a year. Since last week I am unable
to view Sent faxes. Received faxes display with no problem.
I get the system message The fax document cannot be displayed because your
operating system does not have a default viewer for fax documents (.tif
files).
I have checked and the default program is correctly set for TIFF files, and
if I double click on a TIFF image in My Documents, it does display by openg
the correct viewer program.
Could you also tell me where these files are stored in the system?
Thanks
