I have an existing MS-Access report that contains around 18 subreports. I
need to add a new subreport. I have created the subreport, and it works well
on it's own. However, I am unable to view data on the new subreport from the
parent report.
There are no links to the parent report. The subreports independently. The
parent report is essentially a collection of unrelated (and independently
runnable) subreports.
After trying a few things for a couple hours, I have found that if I remove
the 'Record Source' from the new subreport, the shell of the subreport is
displayed in the parent report.
I've tried copying an existing (and functioning) subreport and pasting it
back into the parent report just to test, but the copied subreport doesn't
display either.
Any ideas? Is there a limit to the number of subreports one can have in a
parent report?
Thanks.
