Unable to write new email

I can receive emails but I am unable to compose a new message. When I try and
write a new message or reply to an existing one, the box reseveved for the
main body of a new email composition not available. That box remain all blue
and simply has a little white icon with an x in it. How can I fix this
problem?

I'm going to bet you're using Outlook Web Access, so...

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook. But they
might not be able to help with the cert issue.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
