Unaccepted free-time meetings show up as "tentative".

We are trying to use a multi day meeting with "show time as free" to inform
our group of each other's vacation days. The one drawback is that, until the
meeting is accepted, the time is marked as 'tentative' on one's calendar,
possibly confusing other outside people trying to schedule meetings for
members of our group. This particularly affects people out on vacation
themselves who can't immediately accept 'vacation meetings'.

It would seem that since the time is marked as 'free', Outlook should not
mark other calendars as 'tentative' just because the meeting has not been
accepted.
