Hi!
I have a problem with the confirmation of meatings in the domain. When a
user confirms a meating in the calender the meating does not only show for
the intended user. The meating also distributes to other users - which causes
a lot of mail traffic.
There is a pattern in where the E-mails is sent. One user has got his name
changed in the AD and a new user, with the same name as his old one, is
created. When confirming a meating for this user the meating confirmation
also goes to the new user with the same name.
The confirmation also goes to the same distribution group as the receiver is
a member of. This means a lot of people got the mail (all that apartment of
the company).
This does occur hazardly and it is not every time this occurs. We have a
Exchange 2000 server running on a windows 2000 server and the DC is a windows
2003 server.
Please help me solve this issue!
