unavailable documents

i save my documents and exit word. when i go back to
open the document at a later date, word tells me that my
document is not available. i've tried to access my
document from everywhere on the computer, including the
floppy drive and still nothing works. help me please.

Hi Angel,

How are you trying to open the file? Are you using File/Open?
Double-clicking the file from an Exploring window?

What version of Word are you using? What patches do you have
installed?
