Unblocking email addresses

Help, I inadvertantly blocked an email address and I cannot figure out how to unblock it. Any help greatly appreciated.

What version of Outlook are you using? Note - this group supports Outlook,
not Express.

I am asking about Outlook, not Outlook Express. I have tried to check the version but the instructions under the help menu to check my version of Oyutlok refer to a prompt I can't find. I have Windows XP.

Then look at your Rules Wizard to see what addresses you have added to the
Junk Mail or Adult Senders file.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
