Unblocking in OE

I have accidentaly added myself to the blocked e-mail
addresses and need to unblock in Outlook Express,
according to help I need to double click my e-mail
address and get the dialog box to unblock. When I double
click I do not get the unblock dialog box. Can someone
help me please
