Uncheck send pictures

Outlook Express 6. How or can you keep the Send Pictures unchecked. Each time
I compose a new message I have to go in > Format> Send Picures and uncheck
it. Is there a way to keep it unchecked each time I open it? My pictures are
sent in the source code via a link to my homepage. And if I forget to uncheck
the Send Pictures, it sends them as attachments and I don't want that. Thanks
in advance!!!

Ask in an IE group, this is not one of them, its a group for MS Outlook, a
completely different program
